Originally from Rome, with an all-Italian family, I moved to the UK in 2009.
Working in the performing arts in London I later settled in the countryside in Cambridgeshire on a smallholding where I live with my husband, our chickens, miniature Dachshund Willy and a large vegetable garden. Here we make our own bread, pasta, oils and throughout the summer months, we are virtually self-sufficient from our land.
I have always held a deep passion for high-quality food and wine, especially that of Italy which seems to have a never-ending variety of ingredients, combinations, and textures - the fact that at home we are able to use our own fresh produce has fuelled this love for proper food even more.
I have worked in many positions in hospitality from behind the bar right the way through to restaurant manager and organising large events at major London venues. This work led me to what has become my true vocation, and after planning my own and a few friends’ weddings, I decided to take the leap, and it’s safe to say I never looked back!
My goal is for my couples to experience real Italian lifestyle and traditions, to feel at home from the beginning, surrounded by the people they love, possibly with a huge bowl of pasta and a good glass of wine! I really do believe that simplicity is the key to an unforgettable wedding.
I will introduce you to the best that Italy has to offer, using locations including farmhouses and vineyards that grow their own organic produce. I want to help demonstrate that using an approach focused on natural, fresh and ecologically responsible elements, you can really achieve a dream wedding that you and your friends and families will remember forever!
